Woo! Complete DVD box... in Japan however.
I hope this will come to Europe with the long awaited subtitled version  :roll:

Apparently, this new release will include the 3 TV specials and of course the 140 episodes in a remastered version. I also understood that the box will get some original Hôjô drawings on it.

EMA Germany announced as they started 2002 with the City Hunter Manga 1-10 they had on also interest at Angel Heart and F.Compo and asked , and asked , and asked H.T. after the Lizens but H.T. answer never

and now 2005 EMA has enough to ask (they want no longer )

That is not fair France receive everything , Italy receive everything , Spain receive everything and Germany receive nothing  :evil:

I also want no longer I hate Panini :cry:

Since the birth of the DVD format, I have been waiting for this DVD release. "City Hunter" is one of the best comic and anime series of all time. This complete box-set is a long-lasting dream of a fan finally coming true, with all 140 TV episodes, the 90-minute movie, 2 OVAs, 3 TV Specials and other bonus materials. Nothing of the anime series is missing out. Everything is included.

I screamed of joy for minutes when I saw the pre-order page finally up at Amazon.co.jp. Sure the price is high, and it probably won't come with subtitles, but it's worth every yen. A must for any "City Hunter" fan. Finally one can say goodbye to those worn-out out-of-print VHS tapes and laserdiscs, or those pirated and US DVDs with terrible picture quality. The official release is here.
