Titre: Question about Ryo's house

Hey guys,

this is a weird question. does Ryo(in anime) own the entire building or just one apartment? Is the shooting range(b2) built by him or was it already existing?
Are there any diagrams of his apt online anyhwhere?

it's not  explained in the anime but in the manga, reading the comments of TH we can suppose that Ryo owns the entire building ! I may rememberthat it's said in manga n°4
