Fan art uploading problem

When I found this beatiful website I was very happy it's possible to upload fanarts here.^__^
I tried for several weeks (or already months?) to upload my own artworks, and the upload process itself works well. In the end I have to wait until an administrator validate my artwork from the approval queue. But this never happens. ;____;

Is it possible to create a folder called 'Viviane' in the subcategorie of the "Fanarts" gallerie? So I could upload all my pics in this folder.

I hope, you can help me, please.^^;;
